At Bristol Myers Squibb, I troubleshoot computerized systems supporting GMP manufacturing and lab operations, including Emerson DeltaV, Syncade, PI Vision, LIMS, and SAP. I also perform root cause analysis for low-risk investigations and support deployment of next-generation electronic batch record MES systems.
At PCI, I coordinate calibration activities for laboratory and production equipment, including pipette collection, vendor coordination, and equipment record updates in IndySoft and R4. I’ve also developed onboarding guides and standardized calibration work instructions.
At Charles River Laboratories, I supported lab operations by preparing buffer solutions, maintaining cleaning and sterilization protocols, and managing supply procurement. I operated the Hamilton liquid handling machine and software, supported phase one drug testing assay sampling, and performed routine audits against GLP standards.
For my Limb Salvaging Device Project at WPI, I worked with a team of four to design a portable device for preserving severed skeletal muscle during emergency evacuation. I developed a data collection system using a SEED XIAO microcontroller, Python, and Arduino for real-time monitoring and optimization.
