Researched DCAF15 expression in HT29 colorectal cancer cells, using plasmid work and multiple molecular biology techniques. Worked on inducing expression of DCAF15 and supporting related lab workflows.

Studied the role of Sema3A on macrophages in the glioblastoma microenvironment. Applied RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and related cell culture methods.

Served as an English teaching assistant for primary school students. Created lesson plans focused mainly on practicing oral skills aligned with the curriculum.

Conducted molecular biology research on Euglena gracilis and the effects of ibuprofen at different concentrations. Refined lab techniques and performed biochemical assays related to apoptosis outcomes.
