What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a lab-based research role in cancer or molecular biology where I can apply RT-qPCR, Western blot, IHC, FACS, and cell culture, grow my technical depth, and contribute reliable results in a collaborative environment.

I’m a research-focused biology professional trained through an English-taught Cancer Biology master program at Université Bordeaux, with hands-on laboratory experience across molecular biology and cancer-relevant cell and tissue techniques. My work centers on using rigorous experimental methods to understand biological mechanisms and generate reliable data.

In my most recent M2 internship (January 2026–May 2026), I researched DCAF15 expression in HT29 cells under Dr. Sebastien Campagne, applying plasmid work, in vitro transcription, purification, enzymecapping, HPLC, cell culture, SDS gel techniques, and nanoparticle-related approaches. Previously, during my M1 internship (March 2025–May 2025), I studied Sema3A in glioblastoma with a focus on its role in macrophages within the tumor microenvironment, using RT-qPCR, Western blots, Transwell plates, FACS analysis, cell culture, and immunohistochemistry.

Alongside research, I’ve supported academic and operational lab needs through roles including Head Lab Assistant for Anatomy & Physiology and work as a lab assistant and course assistant in French. I bring strong communication, active listening, and time management, and I enjoy collaborating with others to keep experiments, instruction, and lab organization running smoothly.
