I've built healthcare and compulsory medical insurance systems for RTK-Element, IBS, and IMC, including billing, reporting, patient-data exchange, and medical equipment integrations.

At RTK-Element, I developed reporting microservices using Apache POI and an asynchronous task execution service for the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund. I also supported, tested, fixed, and extended Java 11 and Spring Boot services.

Across IBS and IMC projects, I've implemented systems from scratch, optimized multithreaded and high-volume processing, integrated WSDL, REST, HL7, DICOM, and openEHR services, and maintained Oracle and PostgreSQL-backed applications.
