At JNB Consulting House, I own finance and business performance engagements across a ₹3,000 crore-plus portfolio spanning five entities. I delivered ₹10 Cr in PBT improvement within 10 months through cost rationalisation, process redesign, leakage elimination, working-capital discipline and operating controls.
I’ve protected ₹20 crore-plus of potential cash leakage and reduced working-capital intensity by 30%+, improving receivable days from 45 to 25 and inventory days from 18 to 12. I also accelerated month-end close from 10 days to 4–6 days.
I led end-to-end finance transformation, including ERP selection and change, process redesign and finance-team restructuring. I redesigned 15-plus processes, implemented 200-plus controls and automated 50-plus reports, saving roughly 90 manual hours a month.
Earlier at JNB Consulting House, I planned and led risk-based internal audits and Internal Financial Controls engagements, driving closure of 100-plus audit observations. I also advised clients on tax planning and GST compliance at Kumar Ashok and Company, and supported audit and assurance engagements at GRV and PK Chartered Accountants. I’m a Chartered Accountant and completed a PG Programme in Finance and Accounts at MIT WPU.
