Before that, I managed $300M at Rackspace Technology and helped run monthly long-range planning, budget and forecasting, with MOM/QOQ variance analysis across revenue and costs plus headcount explanations tied to hiring, exits, and internal moves.
Earlier at Accenture Solutions, I supported forecast management, internal forecast vs actual reporting, project-level expense analysis, contract costing and pricing scenarios, and invoicing/collections aligned to contractual requirements—alongside compliance with finance policies and statutory requirements.
