What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve Salesforce platforms, especially CPQ, quote-to-contract automation, Apex development, and cross-system integrations that eliminate manual work and improve sales operations.

I've built and modernized Salesforce CPQ systems for Global Payments, QTS Data Centers, Quest Software, and Insight Global. At Global Payments, I refactored 75+ legacy Apex and test classes and consolidated Lead-to-Order flows to remove duplicate sales data entry.

At QTS Data Centers, I owned the quote-to-contract lifecycle for a 200+ sales organization. I built dynamic quote templates, product and price rules, order-provisioning automation, and live Salesforce integrations with Workday and ServiceNow that eliminated manual cross-system re-entry.

I also trace production CPQ issues to their root configuration or code source, validate fixes with stakeholders, and manage releases through Change Sets, SFDX, Git, and Copado. My platform work spans Apex, LWC, declarative automation, security, data modeling, and Salesforce CPQ.
