Nikhat Parween

I’m a MIS Coordinator with 4.5 years of professional experience in MIS reporting and hands-on data analysis, particularly within community health programs. I’m known for analyzing data-related issues, finding workarounds, and delivering timely solutions with minimal supervision.

In my role with EKJUT, I supported the PLA project (“Saving Lives through Learning and Action Groups”) by ensuring timely and accurate data collation, verification, and analysis at the state level. I developed Health-MIS tools across levels, verified and updated health worker profiles, and prepared documentation and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual project reviews.

As MIS Coordinator for Community Led Prevention of SAM (CPAM), I designed content and tools for PLA and home visits with state stakeholders. I supported dashboard/app development integrating PLA/home visit components, built offline Google Form-based workflows for data entry, maintained tracker sheets for field meetings, and managed monthly status updates for progress planning.

I also strengthened cross-functional execution by assisting research activities (qualitative and quantitative), supporting MIS/GIS work with source-system technical experts, and coordinating with government NRHM teams on data source identification and extraction methodologies. Alongside MIS reporting, I supported HR activities including CV shortlisting and recruitment/selection, and I’ve earned certifications including Business Intelligence Foundation, Lean Six Sigma (White Belt), and Microsoft MOS.
