I seek a Compliance or risk-focused role where I can apply financial controls and audit expertise, work collaboratively in a strong governance culture, and drive improvements in compliance frameworks.

I am an accomplished Financial Controller with extensive experience overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance across hospitality and resort finance environments. I have led accounting teams, implemented internal controls, produced accurate financial reporting, and delivered budgeting, forecasting, and cash management that support executive decision-making.

I bring proven strengths in compliance, audit development, process improvement, and risk management—including familiarity with UDAAP, AML, BSA, and related regulations—and a track record of improving audit accuracy, implementing accounting software and controls, and driving operational efficiencies.
