Nayline Damons

I am a committed social work professional driven by a passion for helping people and making a positive impact on individuals, families, and communities. I chose Social Work to advocate for marginalized and vulnerable populations and to promote dignity and respect for all.

My hands-on experience includes literacy and classroom support through the Year-Beyond Programme, where I read to learners daily, assisted educators, and supported library activities, helping children become more eager to learn. I also completed practical fieldwork following the Sterk Programme at Rietenbosch Primary School to deepen my practical social work skills.

I bring strong communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and flexibility to client-centered practice. I am registered with SACSSP (4062401) and seek opportunities to continue growing while delivering compassionate, respectful support to those in need.
