What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply my Agile expertise in Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles while leveraging my hands-on technical QA and automation background.

I'm currently leading end-to-end QA and AI-driven automation framework development at Orion Business Innovation for Fiserv and PwC engagements. I make hands-on architecture decisions across Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, Java, API automation, and CI/CD quality gates.

Across MLB, KPMG, ANZ Singapore, and Pulse CRM engagements, I've built automation frameworks from scratch, led test strategy and release readiness, and integrated smoke and regression automation into delivery pipelines. I've also led and mentored teams of more than 15 QA and automation engineers while reducing manual testing effort by 40%.

I stay close to coding, debugging, API and database validation, and root-cause analysis while partnering with Product, Engineering, Business, and DevOps teams. I'm especially interested in applying AI and GenAI to test generation, coverage optimization, defect analysis, and maintainable test assets.
