At IFX, I maintained 100% uptime for 5,000+ users during a critical React and TypeScript migration, improved onboarding completion to 85%, and created a developer control panel that reduced release risk. I also managed global Auth0 infrastructure and helped grow the engineering team through 15+ technical interviews and two hires.

At TrueLayer, I delivered £13k in monthly savings through an in-house Rust and PostgreSQL audit-log microservice, reduced operational support by 80% with a merchant self-service Client Console, and built invitation services with 99.9% reliability.

I'm product-minded and enjoy partnering closely with Product and Design to ship secure, accessible, measurable experiences. My work includes React design systems, AI-assisted engineering workflows, AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, performance and SEO improvements, and resilient production platforms.
