What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring global ethics, compliance, strategic advisory, and human-centred leadership development experience to organizations committed to integrity, practical risk management, and meaningful cultural change.

I've built global compliance programs for Kanadevia-Inova and led Compliance & Ethics for Bristol Myers Squibb's CHAT region, advising senior leaders through major restructuring and a pharmaceutical merger. I design risk-based governance, policies, training, audits, and data-informed reporting that strengthen integrity across complex organizations.

Alongside my corporate work, I founded ATMA Studio and the Remember-Connect-Thrive methodology, integrating coaching, somatic practices, and breathwork to support high-performing professionals and human-centred leadership.
