What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my engineering skills in networking and IoT, while also providing opportunities for growth in AI and cloud computing.

I am a recent graduate in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Soroti University, Uganda. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in both electronics and computer systems, complemented by hands-on experience during my internship at the Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI). Here, I managed networks and developed IoT projects, including a Wireless Sensor Network, which honed my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

During my internship, I successfully identified and resolved network connectivity issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations for UIRI’s systems. I also configured and maintained network devices, optimizing performance and supporting seamless data flow. My commitment to enhancing user productivity was evident as I provided technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively. I am passionate about exploring networking technologies and AI applications, as demonstrated by my participation in the Data Science Africa 2023 Mini Summer School.
