I'm currently building HR analytics reporting at Cipla, where I clean employee survey data and turn it into Power BI and Excel dashboards for internal stakeholders.
I've built projects including an Excel sales dashboard, a Power BI employee sentiment dashboard covering approximately 20,000 survey responses, and a Python sentiment analysis system submitted to Smart India Hackathon. My work spans data cleaning, ETL-style transformations, DAX measures, trend analysis, and visual reporting.
I'm a final-year Computer Engineering student seeking a full-time Data Analyst role where I can grow my SQL, Python, Excel, and BI skills in a professional environment.
