At Services Science Santé (3S), I design the supporting structure and multiaxis movement system for a radiology table, as well as mechanisms for three-articulation electric medical beds.
I use SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SOLIDWORKS MOTION STUDY for mechanical sizing, strength studies, and motion analysis. I also prepare manufacturing files for sheet metal and machining, and follow up with manufacturers and subcontractors.
During my Stellantis, ATC placements, I worked on redesigning a hood-opening control for CMP and EMP2 platforms and a glove-box hinge. I used CATIA V5 and Abaqus for design and simulation, and studied material choices, reliability, and manufacturing cost.
