At The Value Engineering, I prepare BOQs, multi-trade quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for US residential, commercial, and civil projects across CSI MasterFormat divisions. I use Bluebeam Revu to measure architectural and structural drawings.
I build Excel cost models and evaluate subcontractor proposals, preparing bid-leveling sheets and tender comparisons. I also clarify project scopes with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Previously, as a Site Engineer at ZKB Zahir Khan & Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd, I worked on the Yellow Line BRT, Package 4 bridge segment in Karachi. I supervised bridge construction, checked site execution against drawings and specifications, and prepared quantity take-offs and Bar Bending Schedules.
