I'm looking to build culturally grounded brand and product campaigns where research shapes the idea, creative work is protected through production, and measurable outcomes matter.

At BirBir.uz, I own brand narrative, campaign platforms, creative direction, budgets, and results for a marketplace app with 1M+ monthly users. I lead a team of five and external partners, using research from comments, competitors, category data, and culture to create work people want to join.

Previously at TBC Group Uzbekistan, I reframed a personal finance product around why people were not adopting it, helping grow it from 700K to 1.5M MAU. My campaigns have generated 90M+ views, including work that grew BirBir.uz's furniture category by 25.4%, and I also write and direct independent films.
