At Capgemini, I support CAGIP, the IT arm of Credit Agricole Group, by testing packages before pilot delivery, managing workflow tracking, reporting SLA breaches, and coordinating teams across Mumbai and Bangalore. I also perform application discovery and validation, review source binaries and documentation, and ensure package deviations are corrected before customer delivery.
Previously at Capgemini, I created MSI, MST, and App-V packages for a Netherlands client, developed VB scripts and custom actions, resolved ICE errors, and documented packaging and test results. My tools include InstallShield, SCCM, Wise Package Studio, PACE, App-V, PowerShell, Orca, ProcMON, RegMON, and VMware vSphere.
Earlier at Bigtree Entertainment, I maintained BookMyShow, developed analytical reports and SQL Server database objects, and built custom offer applications for cinema, telecom, and card clients.
