At Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., I support PO and non-PO invoice processing and quarterly vendor-payment activities. I apply three-way matching principles and prepare service entry sheets for CAMC and spare-parts invoices using SAP FI/ERP.
I also assist with GST compliance, GL coding, bills-payable initiation, vendor reconciliation, and cash-flow tracking. I use Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUP to support invoice analysis and vendor reconciliation.
