I’m an Accounts Executive focused on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable operations, currently processing 300+ vendor invoices per month in SAP S/4HANA using MIRO and FB60 while maintaining 98%+ accuracy and strict SLA compliance. I own end-to-end P2P activities including 2-way and 3-way PO/GRN matching, GRIR clearing, exception handling, and resolution of price/quantity variances, missing GRNs, and tax discrepancies through coordination with Procurement and Stores teams. I also manage payment runs (F110), manual and cheque processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and invoice backup/support for audits.

I strengthen month-end close by preparing accrual support, reviewing AP open items, and supporting vendor subledger reconciliation and management reporting, while tracking DPO and overdue balances through AP aging analysis and MIS dashboards in MS Excel. I’m comfortable handling 50+ vendor queries per month via email and internal ticketing, and maintaining vendor master data in SAP (FK03) to ensure 100% data integrity for GST/TDS and payment terms. Alongside my MBA in Finance, ICAI GST certification, and NISM Series VIII, I bring a process-improvement mindset, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder communication to help teams run smoother P2P operations.
