I am a dedicated and passionate educator with three years of experience in teaching English and Economics at Matavhela Secondary School. My journey in education began with a Bachelor of Education in Further Education and Training from the University of Venda, where I developed a strong foundation in lesson planning and curriculum development. I am committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that foster a love of learning and promote academic success.

In my current role, I implement innovative lesson plans and encourage critical thinking and creativity through various assessments. My efforts have resulted in a 15% improvement in the students' pass rate for English in Grade 10. Additionally, I serve as the secretary of the sports committee, where I manage records of school sports events. My experience as an Advanced AI Trainer at Invisible Technologies has further honed my skills in evaluating writing and providing constructive feedback.

Beyond my teaching responsibilities, I am actively involved as a treasurer and motivational speaker for Academic Excellence Givers, where I guide Grade 12 learners on career choices. My commitment to education is driven by a desire to inspire students to reach their full potential and to create a positive impact in their lives.
