I'm building and modernizing nationwide citizen platforms at NADRA, including Pakistan's online passport issuance system. I support the complete application lifecycle, from biometric and facial verification through payment, approval, printing, and delivery.
I design secure, queue-driven services with Spring Boot, OAuth2/OIDC, PKCE, Kafka, Redis, Oracle, REST, and GraphQL. My work includes resolving production race conditions, duplicate submissions, transaction-boundary issues, and data inconsistencies across nationwide passport sites.
Previously at Alachisoft, I architected persistence for NCache, a distributed in-memory caching product built on C#/.NET. I designed backup, recovery, integrity, and dynamic-node behavior across partitioned and replica topologies, with providers for SQL Server, MongoDB, and Azure Cosmos DB.
I've also built Kafka-style messaging and stream processing, observability through Prometheus, Grafana, and SNMP, and distributed Lucene search across .NET and Java. I focus on reliable systems, production performance, and secure integrations at scale.
