What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute evidence-based sports rehabilitation, injury management, and athlete performance support in a clinical or sports healthcare setting while continuing to grow through research and hands-on practice.

I support athlete rehabilitation and sports injury management through evidence-based physical therapy, rehab protocols, and performance-focused care.

I've worked as a Clinical Intern at Faisal Hospital and as an Intern/House Officer at Allied Hospital, Faisalabad, including the Neurology Department and Sports Physio/Healthcare Department.

My MS in Physical Therapy (Sports) from Riphah International University builds on my Doctor of Physical Therapy education. My clinical toolkit includes Mulligan Technique, electrotherapy, sports injury management, and sports-specific performance enhancement.

I've researched low-level laser therapy versus ultrasonic therapy and compared the Modified Holmich Protocol with eccentric strength training in young cricketers. I'm also a World Rugby Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach L1.
