At Tech Array, I delivered an enterprise automation platform deployment on a telecom client’s air-gapped infrastructure with client-hosted AI models. I led use-case scoping, workflow design, custom components, backend integrations, and validation; the design passed the client’s security review.
I also designed and led the move of Tech Array’s AI agent platform to a multi-tenant architecture, with client data isolation, encrypted credentials, and self-hosting. I lead a team of two AI engineers and have delivered hands-on training to about 200 enterprise participants across two cohorts.
I built Hazem, my open-source AI prayer companion on Telegram, from idea to launch; it has 800+ users, mostly through word of mouth. For Tawtheeq AI, which placed first in the AWS x Manara generative AI hackathon, I worked on the build and selected the AgentCore stack for a system analyzing Egyptian legal contracts in Arabic.
