What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Mechanical Design or R&D Engineer role where I can apply CAD, CFD simulation, mechanical design, and prototyping skills.

I’ve built mechanical designs and CFD studies spanning hydraulic systems, aerofoils, and parametric stent research. My BSc thesis at the British University in Egypt compared stent materials to evaluate fluid performance and identify design parameters.

As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, I supported the design, 3D modeling, and prototyping of mechanical components. I also optimized machine evacuation and maintenance procedures as an Operations Intern at Dawarha, helping improve time and cost efficiency while reducing downtime.

I use SolidWorks, including Sheet Metal, and ANSYS Fluent for CAD, structural analysis, and CFD simulation. My automotive internship at BMW gave me hands-on exposure to wheel alignment, steering systems, engine diagnostics, and servicing.
