In my current role as a Medicare and Retirement Claims Appeals Coordinator at Optum, I evaluate complex claims using structured review frameworks to assess financial accuracy, compliance, and reasoning quality. I apply rubric-style criteria to identify discrepancies, incomplete logic, and documentation gaps, and I write detailed appeal narratives that clearly explain financial reasoning, evidence alignment, and policy interpretation.

Previously, I managed accounts receivable operations at Reliance Retail, where I ensured timely reconciliations, supported monthly closing and internal reporting, and performed variance analysis to strengthen financial controls and audit readiness. Earlier, at Concentrix, I delivered data-driven customer support and transitioned into a more sales-oriented role—sharpening persuasive communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to maintain accurate performance metrics. I’m now looking to apply my finance expertise to improve AI model reasoning, analysis quality, and decision frameworks through careful evaluation and quality-focused process improvement.
