I'm looking to lead observability, analytics, AI Ops, or data-product initiatives where I can shape strategy, build high-performing teams, modernize platforms, and turn operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.

At Deloitte, I lead six analysts delivering enterprise observability, AI Ops, operational analytics, and customer success initiatives across 300 business services and 1,500 applications.

I own the observability and analytics roadmap, migrated an enterprise platform from Azure to Splunk, and launched a Splunk ITSI Service Analyzer for real-time service-health visibility. I also built AI-powered monitoring and CXO dashboards ranked in the global top 1%.

Previously, I established the Excise and Taxation Department's first Analytics & Modeling function, where risk models and intelligence-driven audit selection contributed to $1M+ in annual tax recoveries.
