I've designed mobile and web product experiences for Palmonas, Boss Wallah, and GIVA, improving conversion, product discovery, checkout, and internal operations.

At Palmonas, I redesigned the end-to-end mobile app experience and drove a 2×+ improvement in revenue conversion. I also designed a retail POS system, automated returns and exchanges, the Make-to-Order jewellery journey, and internal tools including an MTO Price Calculator and RMS Admin Panel.

At Boss Wallah, I led UI/UX for BB AI, helping users create personalized business plans through expert insights and guided learning. I also rebranded the website and app, and designed Expert Connect, chat, and audio/video calling experiences.

At GIVA, I led a website and mobile app redesign that contributed to a 110+% increase in conversion rate. I combine user research, data insights, design systems, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to build user-centered experiences.
