Mohd Arsh

I’m a dedicated, disciplined, and highly motivated maritime cadet currently pursuing a B.Tech in Marine Engineering, in my second year. I bring strong leadership abilities, technical aptitude, and a proactive mindset to every assignment and training.

At the academy, I’m currently serving as ADC (Aide-de-Camp), and I previously worked as a former batch representative. I’ve also led multiple school sports teams, strengthening my ability to coordinate people, make decisions quickly, and keep teams focused.

I continue to build responsibility and character through mentorship—currently mentoring two NDA aspirants—and through consistent service in Scouts and Guides for 6 years. I also completed 4 years of high-altitude training in Nainital, which strengthened my endurance, discipline, and resilience under pressure.

Technically, I support my maritime goals with hands-on learning and structured problem-solving. I’m comfortable with programming and web development (Python, Scratch, HTML, CSS), and I’ve maintained continuous computer proficiency since Class 6. I’m committed to integrity, professionalism, and continuous learning as I work toward contributing effectively to the maritime industry.
