At Epic Games, I lead enterprise analytics platform strategy across Tableau, Databricks, AWS, data warehousing, governance, and AI-enabled analytics for more than 4,000 global users.
I manage a five-person Data Warehousing team and partner with executives and analytics teams to turn business questions into KPIs, executive dashboards, governed data sources, and reusable reporting solutions. I've expanded self-service analytics by training more than 200 report publishers and analysts.
I led Epic's Tableau migration from on-premises infrastructure to AWS, reducing platform costs by 30%, and delivered more than $4M in annual savings through licensing optimization, capacity forecasting, and vendor negotiations. My current work includes Databricks AI/BI, Databricks One, Tableau MCP integration, and Apache Iceberg-to-Delta Lake modernization.
Previously at Groupon and NetStrive Consulting, I built and administered enterprise BI environments, migrated approximately 2,200 MicroStrategy dashboards to Tableau, and delivered dashboards, KPI scorecards, reporting frameworks, and SQL-based analytics for organizations including Diageo, Target, and Wells Fargo.
