At Gafsa Phosphate Company, I contributed to paleontological field surveys and fossil sampling for the Gafsa Basin Sharks research project. I also cataloged and identified fossil samples and conducted laboratory tests on environmental and geological specimens.
My research presentation at the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology meeting shared the discovery of the first confirmed non-avian dinosaurs from the Gafsa Basin, tentatively sauropod, identified by reexamining fossils from the old Métlaoui Museum. Through Maraqi Educational Association, I created and presented environmental education programs on sustainability, conservation, and ecosystem dynamics.
