I am a versatile Administrator with excellent organization skills and extensive knowledge of office policies and procedures. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from IIE Rosebank College and a National Senior Certificate from Khamane Secondary School. My skills include communication, computer literacy, time management, organizing, administrative skills, leadership, and attention to detail.
During my time at Mphokane Attorneys, I worked as an Administrative Assistant. My responsibilities included answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, writing and distributing email and correspondence, assisting in the preparation of reports, and developing and maintaining a filing system.
I also have experience as a Stock Clerk at IBI Company. In this role, I received stock in the receiving bay, double-checked the stock against the invoice, checked for blown-out stock and returns of expired stock, and kept records of invoices in the GRN book.
