Before UNEC, I implemented project HSE requirements with Samsung Engineering and supervised HSE activities for Petrofac's onshore oil and gas operations under PDO standards. My work has covered gas processing, pipeline construction, commissioning, shutdowns, turnarounds, lifting, confined spaces, work at height, and emergency response.

Across 22 years in HSE, I've worked with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, consultants, and authorities to keep high-risk work controlled and compliant. I bring practical experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, contractor performance, and safety culture development.
