What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining social impact and behavioral research where I can apply data analysis, program coordination, and client-centered social work to grow professionally.

I am a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology with a Bachelor of Psychology from Shenzhen University. My academic training covers psychological theory, statistics, research methods, and organizational psychology.

I have hands-on experience managing teams and coordinating events, having served as Director of the Secretariat for student associations where I planned annual work, organized large-scale activities, and coordinated cross-departmental operations.

I apply quantitative tools in my work—using SPSS, RStudio, and Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting—and have supported budgeting and activity reimbursement processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.

I completed a social work placement at a child-focused community space, contributing to daily operations and service implementation; I communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (IELTS 7.0).
