Mikay Balde

I’m a Graphic Designer with 10+ years of experience creating high-converting visuals for ads, landing pages, and social media. I translate marketing goals into design solutions that improve engagement and brand consistency.

In my current role at Statiq Digital Arts and Design (2024–Present), I design high-performing, conversion-driven creatives for paid ads, Mapua MCL, Laguna email marketing, and landing pages to support campaign goals. I focus on shipping impactful work quickly while keeping performance and clarity at the center of every layout.

Previously, as a Jr. Graphic Designer at Comm & Sense Inc. (2019–2021) and later as a Lead Designer at PENJI (2024), I led the development of creative concepts and design execution for digital and print campaigns for clients including Pru Life, PhilCare, and BDO. I also managed multiple projects and mentored junior designers to improve overall quality and efficiency.

Earlier, at AGR DBA Personiv Designs (2015–2019) and Platforms Sitel Philippines (2013–2015), I created marketing materials, social media posts, and print collaterals (including JobStreet ads, banners, and trade show materials). Throughout my roles, I’ve stayed consistent with client briefs, brand guidelines, and on-time delivery—supported by my work in social media design and AI image generation.
