What I'm looking for
I’m a multilingual educator with a master’s degree and a decade of teaching experience in foreign languages and physical education. I prioritize creating a welcoming classroom environment where students feel comfortable to express their opinions, ask questions, and step out of their comfort zones.
I’m currently a primary homeroom teacher in Mumbai, teaching reading, writing, math, and social-emotional learning to first and second standards. Previously, I’ve taught Spanish, designed lessons for students with learning differences, and led yoga as an after-school activity—while also teaching English online and in China, designing original lesson plans and incorporating cross-cultural discussions and role-play. I’m licensed to teach elementary and middle school in Wisconsin and bring a strong background in TEFL training, inclusive teaching, and curriculum-aligned lesson planning.
