I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer with 9+ years building SaaS products in the React ecosystem. I work across product, frontend, and AI-assisted workflows, with a focus on shipping reliable user experiences and solving real product problems.

At Zowie, I contributed to rebuilding the customer-facing chat widget in ~2 months, including voice-call support for the AI voice agent. I expanded an internal component library to ~100 components built from Figma and used across the product.

I also owned development of the supervisor platform for enterprise clients, improving debugging workflows and operational transparency. I led frontend development of analytics dashboards monitoring over 26 million customer interactions across chatbot, voice bot, and email channels.

I previously spent nearly 7 years at Autenti.com, growing from junior to owning complex features end-to-end, including per-client theming and taking full ownership of the codebase in 2022. I introduced Storybook to improve design-dev handoff, and I enjoy using tools like Claude to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and feature delivery.
