I'm building compliant data infrastructure for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s New York Branch, where I designed a new pipeline for a regulatory-reporting vendor transition and developed PowerShell automation for database maintenance.

Previously at enfoTech & Consulting, I redesigned a SQL-script migration into a staged ETL workflow, cutting processing time from several weeks to three days. I also built QA/QC routines that caught data inconsistencies before production deployment.

My database work includes Oracle and SQL Server administration, query tuning, storage optimization, data mapping, and validation. I reduced a real-time SSRS report from three minutes to 10 seconds using SQL tuning, triggers, materialized views, and data mirroring.

I bring an MSc in Scientific Computing from the University of Pennsylvania, along with Python, PowerShell, Bash, C++, and machine-learning project experience. I’m comfortable building reliable systems end-to-end in regulated environments.
