At KSWA, I manage and analyze student and livelihood program data, producing progress, exam, and certification reports for management decision-making. I also build Excel and Power BI dashboards to monitor project performance across field teams and program verticals.
Before becoming MIS Executive, I worked as Assistant Operations at KSWA, where I created MIS reports on exam progress and certification status and secured enrollment, fee, and course records. I also coordinated with Learning & Training Center Managers on exam schedules, certification deadlines, and student progress.
Earlier at KSWA, I maintained and cleaned the NSDC candidate database and supported users with internal website and app tools. I hold NSDC certifications in Data Entry Operator, Web Designing, Core Java, and Entrepreneurship Development Programme.
