I am a licensed pharmacist with 7+ years of clinical pharmacy experience across community and institutional settings, focused on medication therapy management, patient counseling, and pharmacy operations. I hold active pharmacist licenses in New Jersey and New York and a PharmD degree.

In my current role as Lead Pharmacist, I manage chronic disease medication programs—specializing in diabetes, cardiovascular care, obesity, and GLP-1 therapies—while leading prior authorization and insurance navigation for specialty medications. I routinely conduct pharmacovigilance, perform clinical interventions, and deliver in-pharmacy education to improve adherence and outcomes.

I also lead workflow optimization and supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns to elevate clinical counseling and operational efficiency. My practice emphasizes collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams to tailor therapy plans based on patient-specific factors and evidence-based guidelines.
