At Church World Service (CWS) Indonesia, I monitored education, WASH, and livelihood programs and strengthened data validation to improve reporting accuracy and program quality. I also designed and rolled out a Complaint and Feedback Mechanism that increased the number of community feedback cases addressed by 35% within one year.
I produced more than 30 donor reports and delivered MEAL and KoBoToolbox workshops for partner staff. I also led monitoring and evaluation for CWS Emergency Response in NFI and WASH sectors, and authored a case study on GEDSI integration used as a best practice model in Central Sulawesi.
In later assignments, I entered and validated refugee beneficiary records for the CWS Refugee Program – UNHCR Jakarta and supported case referrals. For CWS Health Programs in Timor Leste and Malaka, I facilitated baseline and endline surveys and trained local enumerators on KoBoToolbox.
