I’m a Procurement Executive and MIS Executive with hands-on experience across the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and daily MIS reporting operations. I support uninterrupted plant operations by handling PO generation, RFQs/vendor enquiries, quotation comparison, and cost analysis.

In my current role, I prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and commitment summaries, delivering error-free outputs within 1 hour. I also process 8-10 purchase orders daily in the ERP system with 100% data accuracy, while generating 10-15 quotation comparison sheets per day for cost and vendor decisioning.

I coordinate cross-functionally on capex and material requirements, aligning department heads and vendors on deliveries, mandatory purchases, and material status. I release purchase orders for authorization, maintain accurate procurement records and logs, and proactively resolve delays to protect material availability.

I work confidently with advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis) and SAP MM with Oracle-based ERP exposure. I’m currently upskilling in Power BI and Supply Chain Management fundamentals, and I’m seeking growth into Procurement, MIS, Supply Chain, or Business Operations.
