What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my dental assisting, patient care, digital dentistry, and team-training experience to an organization focused on improving patient experiences, clinical efficiency, and team success.

At Cedar Walk Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, I assist dentists during examinations, restorative procedures, and surgical treatments while supporting efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.

I use Eaglesoft for scheduling, patient records, and treatment documentation. I also work with CEREC technology to scan, design, and mill same-day crowns.

I maintain infection-control and sterilization standards and support compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. I collaborate with dentists and team members to improve clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and treatment outcomes.

Previously, I built customer-service and problem-solving experience at Lowe's Home Improvement and supported radiologic exams, patient transport, Epic documentation, and PACS imaging at Kings Mountain Hospital.
