I am an experienced professional with a strong background in administration, education, management, and agriculture. Throughout my career, I have successfully planned department retreats, facilitated refugee resettlement, and achieved high pass rates in education. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the non-profit and education sectors.

As a nonprofit manager and garden manager at Capacity Builders International, I grew the volunteer base from 2 to 13 volunteers in just five months. I also planned and executed a growing schedule for over 20 varieties of fruits and vegetables. Additionally, I conducted volunteer training to raise awareness about sustainable practices and organized a free potato drive, providing 5 tons of potatoes to community residents.

During my time as an educator at River City Science Academy, I implemented interactive instruction, phonics, and ESOL strategies, resulting in high class participation. I achieved a 95% passing rate in a 5th-grade math class and significantly improved 3rd-grade ELA and math scores. I also mentored an international teacher, ensuring a seamless transition in the 3rd-grade class.
