Michał Bobowski

I specialize in creating and editing video content for social media channels such as TikTok and Facebook. In addition, I moderate these channels and provide technical support to members of our community in the field of computer hardware and photo/video. I’m also performing livestreams on our SoMe channels, where we present products from multiple categories.

I was seconded to work at one of our key clients - mBank. My position is in the servicedevelopment department, where I worked on a daily basis in an international team usingAgile methodology to deliver products for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In my work Imainly used Java and the Eximee platform.

I created audio-visual materials. Product photography, reels, tiktoks, as well as tutorials andmaterial for YouTube channel. I implemented the marketing strategy for the TikTok platform.

My duties were based on comprehensive customer service in the showroom, developingmy sales skills and maximizing sales profits. Above that, I provided maintenance servicesfor computer equipment - diagnostics and repairs.
