I run an independent daily outpatient practice in Jalgaon, making end-to-end diagnostic, prescribing, investigation, and referral decisions across acute care, chronic disease, infectious disease, and preventive care.

Previously, as the sole practitioner at Suraj Clinic in tribal Nandurbar, I managed approximately 30 consultations daily in a sickle cell hyperendemic population. I documented patient journeys across diagnosis, crisis frequency, treatment initiation, adherence, and discontinuation.

I bring direct insight into where clinical guidelines diverge from practice because of cost, access, language, literacy, and adherence constraints. I have designed structured clinical record instruments and conducted several thousand structured patient interviews in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

I also apply evidence appraisal through CONSORT, STROBE, GRADE, PubMed, MeSH, study-design analysis, and descriptive statistics. I’m interested in work that values rigorous clinical content, real-world patient experience, and practical decision-making.
