What I'm looking for

I take on fixed-scope builds, embedded fractional CTO seats, or short advisory blocks, with scope, cost, and start date agreed in writing before work begins.

At Human Discovery, Inc., I took a production AI system from zero to working end to end in about three months as its sole technical owner. The model was benchmark-comparable, and I delivered a routed, multi-model system through a production-grade API on AWS.

I built a high-throughput workflow that processed hundreds of thousands of licensed speech records in one week, with PII scrubbing applied. I also developed an internal synthetic-data pipeline using properly sourced and licensed training data.

At AlphaFund Incorporated, I co-founded the AI-driven quant fund and served as COO and a board director. I led a five-person technology team building the fund’s models and owned model-readiness validation for its trading system.

Through Brighton Labs LLC, trading as Macro-Matt, I build and own technical functions for companies, delivering AI systems, AWS infrastructure as code, and the security and engineering-operations layer. My work combines hands-on architecture and code with company-level operating and governance experience.
