I’m an Operations Specialist with a process engineering foundation and hands-on experience coordinating day-to-day operations across logistics, customer service, and hospitality. I’m known for being detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments where multitasking and structured execution matter.
In my current role as Office Manager for Transport OSB Express, I piloted an agency launch from setup through compliance, built operational infrastructure, and supervised daily operations end to end. I manage task assignment, parcel flow tracking, customer service, and internal coordination—while building and maintaining operational trackers and dashboards to monitor performance and surface blockers.
Earlier, I led quality and food safety work at White Beach Resort, ensuring hygiene and HACCP compliance, maintaining traceability and records, and turning audit findings into corrective action plans.
