I’m a Certified Product Manager who builds and optimizes digital products in fintech and utilities. I focus on measurable outcomes—user experience improvements, revenue growth, and delivery of features that move key metrics.

At Buypower Inc, I managed and scaled the Buypower Merchant product used by 6,000+ merchants. I improved onboarding and customer experience, collaborated across Business and Finance to bring in 500 new merchants in 6 months, and helped increase Q1 revenue by 15% through a new growth promotion engine.

I lead cross-functional execution by translating customer feedback and data insights into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. I deliver reliable communication with product documentation, feature guides, and release notes, and I’ve supported distributed teams using Slack, Jira, Confluence, and async practices.

Previously, as a Program Manager at Nhub Foundation, I coordinated weekly program activities, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and improved operational efficiency. I also enjoy hands-on product work—advising UX changes, running experiments like A/B testing, and partnering on integrations and dashboards that reduce friction and support volume.
