Marsha Laverde

I’m a central supply and accounts payable leader with hands-on experience supporting 180-bed and 90-bed skilled nursing facilities. I’m responsible for maintaining medical supplies, placing and tracking orders, and building dependable vendor relationships to keep care running smoothly.

As Director of Central supplies, I maintained six stock rooms daily and ensured the highest degree of quality care through consistent inventory oversight. I handled monthly budgeting, expanded medical-supply knowledge, and managed medication supply recalls according to state regulations and current long-term care guidelines.

I also served as “Central supply and Accounts payable director” for a 90-bed facility, directing central supply operations and coordinating processes that ensure patient needs are met under skilled nursing policies and federal, state, and local guidelines. In addition, I supported services with ten established vendors and completed monthly budgeting.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Office Assistant/Seasonal where I handled registrations, strawberry inventory tracking, payroll for over 300 employees, worker’s compensation claims, and weekly product inventory. I later worked as a Field Inspector, completing visual property inspections, photo documentation, reports, and appraisals for several banks.
